All equipment repairs are free
Most pool companies will purposefully allow equipment to break as they make a substantial amount of money to repair it, we reject this model. Whether your pump motor dies, your filter cracks, or a pipe bursts, all above ground equipment is repaired automatically and at no charge.
All chemicals are free
No matter what we add or how much of it, you will never be charged for any chemicals we need to add to the pool.
Any algae blooms result in free service
In the extremely unlikely event the pool turns green after a large pool party, you will not be charged for service that week; 25% of your monthly rate will be subtracted from your next invoice.
Emergency site calls are free
If there is ever an issue with the pool we guarantee we will be on site within 24 hours for free.
Cancellation of service is free
If you’re unsatisfied with our service you can cancel at any time at no charge, you are not bound by any contract to us.
Your monthly rate covers literally everything
You will never be charged any amount above your monthly service rate ever. All-inclusive means everything is taken care of; you never again have to worry about a surprise repair that costs you thousands of dollars.
We are true water technicians
Maintaining the long-term chemistry of your water is what we are the best at. Most pool guys are just “splash-and-dashers”, meaning they only check chlorine and pH before rushing to the next pool on their route. The finer details of your water chemistry are regularly neglected and about half of the pools we test in Austin are far outside of the appropriate parameters.
We follow the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) to protect your plaster and equipment. LSI measures six factors to determine whether your water is corrosive or scale forming.
When this measurement is off for an extended period of time your equipment will degrade and your pool plaster will begin to disintegrate, accelerating the timeline for having to resurface the pool. Unfortunately this is rarely tested (if ever) as it requires specialized equipment and knowledge.
Since we cover all equipment repairs, and LSI directly impacts the lifespan of your equipment, we test all factors related to LSI every month. We make subtle chemistry adjustments to maintain the exact level needed to delay the replastering of your pool or replacement of equipment.
